The FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization) has the following definition for aquaculture: Aquaculture is the controlled rearing of aquatic organisms (aquatic organisms), ie fish, mussels, snails, crabs and aquatic plants.

Controlled rearing stands for the application of positive measures and techniques that increase production (stocking, forage, protection against predators, etc.)

Organic fish is only available here. Because we produce the feed for the fish ourselves. From algae, spirulina vegetables, Moringa leaves, cereals and from the press cake of argan and olive oil production.

What we do not have are chemical and pharmaceutical additives in the feed. We do not need this because we keep our stocking density low.

The well-being of the fish in the pool is considered as well as the well-being of the employees and of course the customers
